Instahappy delivers a happiness test to organisations through which people or companies can use psychological insight for personal and corporate growth.
It differs from the usual psychological tests because none of the constructs are pre-determined. Instead, the knowledge we have of mental well-being is applied through the test to assess the well-being of the people while at work, seeing how they can best contribute to company growth by aligning personal needs with company objectives.
Our service includes a comprehensive consultation with directors followed by the administration of the test. There are then interviews with key personnel to clarify and elucidate their results. A final report with a happiness score and a psychological profile of the company is then prepared, with suggestions for growth,
The score will tell you how happy employees are and what conflicts they experience at the organisational level. It will tell you whether or not they see their work in alignment with the company goals and whether their work contributes to their well-being. It will tell you what you can do to increase their productivity and your own.
Finally the report will tell you what is working well, what opportunities internal and external customers perceive and what could be better given the motivational drivers of the market and the company.
Depending on the scope of the assignment, the depth you would like us to go into and the questions you would like us to answer, we will also be able to tell you what direction the psychological profile suggests you move in. Ultimately any action that is taken is a director’s own responsibility but we can confidently assure that management will be helped by these insights.
